International Shipping Notice (Coffee & Mizudashi)

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for checking local customs regulations before purchasing. Import duties, taxes, or restrictions may apply depending on your country’s policies. Dekáf is not liable for delays, fees, or issues related to customs clearance.

We’re happy to ship Mizudashi worldwide, but please note:

• While we pack fresh and cold, international shipments may arrive unrefrigerated due to extended transit times. Don’t worry - the concentrate is made with just purified water and extracted coffee, and remains safe to enjoy unless exposed to extreme heat (100°F+/38°C) for an extended period.

• Customs regulations vary by country. Please check local guidelines on importing food or liquid items before ordering.

• Shipping fees apply for international orders, and our U.S. free shipping threshold ($40+) does not apply outside the United States.
