At Dekáf, we roast all of our coffees to order. This way, we can guarantee fresh decaf coffee in every shipment.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All of our coffees are shipped within 24 hours of roasting. To maintain quality freshness, we kindly ask our customers to allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment.

Please note that all subscriptions, gift cards, and orders over $40 always ship Standard (3-4 business days) at no cost.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please report the issue within 7 days of the delivery notification. If you have a delayed order, please reach out to our Dekáf support team at support@dekaf.com.
Failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
