    Perfect

I love a great cortado. I only drink decaf because of a crazy sensitivity to caffeine and I’ve been in search of a water processed decaf that could pull a good espresso and win me over on taste. The Brazil Arabela has definitely done just that. I even love the packaging.

    An amazing coffee!

This is a great coffee, I've been ordering for the espresso machine at work and we all of a sudden have more decaf drinkers.

Try 3, not as good as Try 2 (Costa Rican)

Brewed at 190F for 2 minutes with my trusty inverted Aero Press this bean tastes a bit flatter than the lovely Costa Rican Las Torres. The level of complexity is not there in comparison I get an earthy muted flavor with a bit of acid bite. Maybe I need more grounds? That said, it is a perfectly delicious coffee that is complex and interesting and decaffeinated. So thank you for that. My third bean from Dekaf and so far my least favorite but it is still pretty tasty.
