Originally pioneered in Switzerland, the Swiss Water® Process now operates in Canada. The gentle decaffeination method uses only water, temperature, and time. Zero chemical solvents.
Swiss Water® Processing involves using Green Coffee Extract to tempt the caffeine out of the beans - immersing the beans in water already saturated with coffee’s natural compounds (minus the caffeine). Because the water is already “full” of flavor compounds, it selectively targets caffeine molecules, leaving flavor and aroma intact.
Activated carbon filters then sweep away the caffeine molecules, preserving the bright notes and captivating aromas unique to the coffee’s origin. The result? A truly elegant, rich-tasting decaf...all free of chemicals.

SPLIT PULSE
A LOW-CAFFEINE SIGNATURE BLEND
Split Pulse pays homage to two revered coffee-growing regions on opposite sides of the globe. Brazil's Mogiana farmers bring forth a dependable sweetness that echoes the warmth of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. Meanwhile, high above sea level in Ethiopia, smallholder farmers in Sidamo meticulously cultivate beans that embody the country’s renowned coffee heritage. This union of vibrant terroirs captures a seamless blend of tradition and geography, weaving together distinct narratives into one captivating cup. Yet Split Pulse is more than just a meeting of continents - it’s also a half-caffeinated creation designed to balance taste and energy.
