At Dekáf, we've made our subscription service hassle-free. Just choose your origin or blend, select your delivery frequency, and enjoy automatic savings starting at 18% on every shipment.

Plus, you can easily manage your subscription anytime. Need to pause, adjust, or cancel? Need more cups one month, but fewer the next? No problem! We're offering flexibility and convenience at your fingertips.

Excellent coffee should fit right into your life, not the other way around.

Managing your subscription is now even easier. Your subscription is connected directly to your Dekáf customer account, so there’s no longer a separate Magic Link required.

How to Access Your Subscription

1. Click the Account icon on our website (or follow this link here).
2. Sign in using the email address associated with your Dekáf account.
3. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a both a sidebar menu within your account dashboard as well as a Manage Subscription button.
4. Click either the Manage Subscription button or My Subscription on the sidebar to view and manage your active subscription(s).

From there, you can update your shipping schedule, modify products, skip upcoming orders, edit payment methods, update your shipping address, and more.

Desktop Browser

On desktop, click the Account icon located in the upper-right corner of the website to sign in. After logging in, select either the Manage Subscription button or My Subscription from the sidebar menu.

Mobile Device

On mobile, tap the Account icon to sign in to your Dekáf account. Once logged in, open the sidebar menu within your account and tap My Subscription to manage your subscription or use the Manage Subscription button.

Once you’re logged in, managing your Dekáf subscription becomes simple and flexible.

Here’s what you can do at any time with just a few clicks:

• Pause, Resume, Reactivate or Cancel your subscription
• Order Immediately, Skip, or Reschedule/Delay a delivery
• Change Delivery Frequency to match your needs
• Update Product Preferences such as the weight, quantity, and/or grind
• Add or Swap a Product to explore new Dekáf options
• Merge Subscriptions if you have multiple ongoing

You have full control over how and when you receive your coffee, all hassle-free!

We know life happens. Updating your personal details is quick and painless. Simply log into your Shopify account/subscription profile to:

• Update Your Address
• Update Payment Info
• Add or Modify Contact Details

You can find these options under the My Info section on the sidebar menu.
