    Fave Decaf

This is an excellent decaf. I alternate biweekly subscriptions with this coffee and a Guat and love the variation and difference. You can brew this very hard and get a lot of extraction out of it and it tasstes great, not bitter at all.

it was a pleasure to drink a tasty cup o’ joe while reading before bed and not get too wired to sleep.

    Well done decaf light roast

I've yet to try an Ethiopian decaf that was actually good. This one is great! I brewed with a 5-cup Bonavita drip machine, and it needs a fairly high coffee/water ratio to bring out the flavor.

Good quality, wish it was brighter

Overall, I am pleased with the beans. As far as I know, this is the lightest roast bean they sell, but I struggled to get much fruit or acid in my cups despite much experimentation. User error has a large part to play I'm sure. Tips for brewing decaf would be nice. I'm glad there is a company entirely dedicated to decaf and I am excited to see this segment grow.
