Dekáf'd by way of Swiss Water®

Originally pioneered in Switzerland, the Swiss Water® Process now operates in Canada. The gentle decaffeination method uses only water, temperature, and time. Zero chemical solvents.

Swiss Water® Processing involves using Green Coffee Extract to tempt the caffeine out of the beans -  immersing the beans in water already saturated with coffee’s natural compounds (minus the caffeine). Because the water is already “full” of flavor compounds, it selectively targets caffeine molecules, leaving flavor and aroma intact.

Activated carbon filters then sweep away the caffeine molecules, preserving the bright notes and captivating aromas unique to the coffee’s origin. The result? A truly elegant, rich-tasting decaf...all free of chemicals.

    Corporate Life Takes Everything. It Can’t Take My 4-Shot Morning Hustle.

    It features Ethiopia (my first love) and the unholy alliance of Ethiopian and Brazilian beans living together in caffeinated harmony—well, decaffeinated harmony, but don't hold that against them. The flavor is so luminous, so absurdly good, that I have to remind myself there's barely any caffeine in it. It's a delicious magic trick.

    My morning ritual? Four espresso shots, sipped slowly while the world still sleeps. I let each one dissolve on my tongue like a secret, chasing that subtle sweet aftertaste that lingers just long enough to make you miss it. It’s a flavor that refuses to rush, even when the rest of the world is screaming for urgency.

    This moment—this liquid treasure hunt in a mug—is my last stand of serenity before the 9-to-5 chaos consumes me. It’s delicious rebellion.

    Now if you’ll excuse me, I have four shots to savor and a corporate ladder to ignore for ten more glorious minutes.
