Dekáf'd by way of Swiss Water® Process

Originally pioneered in Switzerland, the Swiss Water® Process now operates in Canada. The gentle decaffeination method uses only water, temperature, and time. Zero chemical solvents.

Swiss Water® Process involves using Green Coffee Extract to tempt the caffeine out of the beans -  immersing the beans in water already saturated with coffee’s natural compounds (minus the caffeine). Because the water is already “full” of flavor compounds, it selectively targets caffeine molecules, leaving flavor and aroma intact.

Activated carbon filters then sweep away the caffeine molecules, preserving the bright notes and captivating aromas unique to the coffee’s origin. The result? A truly elegant, rich-tasting decaf...all free of chemicals.

    Sampler Pack is FantásticDEKÁF

Got the six pack sampler and I was able to taste a wide range of coffees. The 3oz size were perfect for sampling for my Espresso maker, drip, and pour over methods. And all worked exceptionally well.

Now I can order larger sizes with confidence of great tasting brews!

Great Way to Try the Hits!

I really loved the sample sizing here, enough for a few tastings and methods of extraction. I love the 25% dekaf variety, too. Nice way to try out the line as a first run, but also great gift solution as well.

    Best Decafe

When decafe is all you can drink and you have been a coffee snob for years, this is the coffee for you. I was forced to stop all caffeine and had to drink low quality for years, being able to find the beans, have great variety and fresh roast is amazing.
