    Delicious again

This one has not been my favorite from decaf but I definitely did enjoy it. I found it to be a little darker and roasty than some of the coffees I typically enjoy. This one worked very well as espresso versus my typical pour over.

What a medium dark roast should be like

This is a medium–dark roast that hits a rare sweet spot: it stands up well to milk but doesn’t need much to shine. The flavor stays balanced without drifting into smoky, burnt, or overly roasty territory. In milk, it holds its structure and sweetness, giving you a smooth, satisfying cup. Overall, it’s a “just right” medium–dark option—bold enough for milk drinks but still clean and restrained.
