Dekáf Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING & FRESHNESS GUARANTEE
At Dekáf, freshness is essential to the quality of every cup.

All coffees are roasted to order and shipped within 24 hours of roasting.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays when carriers are closed.

Processing times may vary during holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

All subscriptions and orders over $40 ship free within the contiguous United States with Economy Shipping.
- All subscriptions and orders (not including international) shipping outside of the contiguous United States are subject to a flat $10 shipping fee and will travel via USPS.

Expedited and premium shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

"Free shipping" applies to Economy Shipping (within the contiguous U.S.) only.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order ships and are provided by the carrier.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, AND U.S. TERRITORIES
While we offer complimentary economy shipping on orders $40+ within the contiguous United States, due to carrier surcharges and extended transit distances, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are subject to a flat $10 shipping fee and ship exclusively via USPS.
This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.
Please note that our roasting facility is located on the East Coast in Massachusetts. Shipping timelines may vary based on the destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select countries.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become available.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for shipping issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Additional fees may apply to reship returned orders caused by address errors.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly replace any damaged or missing items at no additional cost.
