Dekáf Celebrates the Season With New Holiday Blend "A Quiet Season" And The "Midwinter Ritual" Bundle

Dekáf Coffee Roasters, is proud to introduce its first official holiday blend: A Quiet Season, a limited light-medium roast crafted to honor the softer, slower spirit of winter.

A Quiet Season brings together two Swiss Water decaffeinated coffees: a quietly expressive Colombia Papayo and a limited-harvest Brazil from Fazenda Um. The Brazil, grown by the acclaimed Um family and processed with meticulous natural methods, appears only for this season. Paired with the dependable clarity of Colombia Papayo, the result is a layered cup with notes of molasses, nutmeg, and gentle pinot-noir-like fruit depth: festive without flash, calm without compromise.

“We wanted every sip of our first holiday release to feel warm, grounding, and reflective of the winter season,” says co-founder Khanh Nguyen. “A Quiet Season blends the familiarity of a trusted origin with the excitement of a rare one, and the harmony between them makes this a cup we hope becomes the start of a new tradition.”

To accompany the debut, Dekáf is also releasing the Midwinter Ritual Bundle, a seasonal four-bag set that showcases the essence of the colder months. This limited bundle features:
