This year's Summer Bundle includes both expressions of Siesta Forever. The two roast expressions capture both sides of the season in the same blend. The Light Expression leans vibrant and fruit-forward with notes of berry popsicle and red sangria. The Dark Expression settles into richer notes of Black Forest cake and honey grilled peach.
Together, they create a full summer progression from sunlight afternoons into the last warm hours after sunset.

Dekáf'd by way of Swiss Water®
Originally pioneered in Switzerland, the Swiss Water® Process now operates in Canada. The gentle decaffeination method uses only water, temperature, and time. Zero chemical solvents.
Swiss Water® Processing involves using Green Coffee Extract to tempt the caffeine out of the beans - immersing the beans in water already saturated with coffee’s natural compounds (minus the caffeine). Because the water is already “full” of flavor compounds, it selectively targets caffeine molecules, leaving flavor and aroma intact.
Activated carbon filters then sweep away the caffeine molecules, preserving the bright notes and captivating aromas unique to the coffee’s origin. The result? A truly elegant, rich-tasting decaf...all free of chemicals.

While we offer complimentary economy shipping on orders $40+ within the contiguous United States, due to carrier surcharges and extended transit distances, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are subject to a flat $10 shipping fee and ship exclusively via USPS.
This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.
Please note that our roasting facility is located on the East Coast in Massachusetts. Shipping timelines may vary based on the destination.

The Siesta Forever Bundle was created to capture that full progression through two distinct roast expressions of this year's Summer Edit release.
Built from Honduras COCASAM and our new limited-harvest Cerro Blanco lot from San Martín, Peru, the Light Expression highlights the blend's vibrant and playful side with notes of berry popsicles, honey glazed donuts, and red sangria. Roasted in a Nordic-inspired style, the profile leans juicy, expressive, and refreshingly bright.
The Dark Expression takes the same blend of coffees in a completely different direction. Developed as an Italian roast, the cup becomes deeper and more indulgent with notes of Black Forest cake, honey grilled peaches, and oatmeal raisin cookies. Rich caramelization and syrupy body create a profile that feels slower, warmer, and endlessly comforting.
Together, the bundle becomes less about choosing between light or dark roast, and more about experiencing the full rhythm of summer itself.
