Mizudashi is a traditional Japanese method of slow drip cold brew. - usually over 6 to 24 hours . The result is a smooth, low-acid, refreshing brew with natural sweetness and subtle depth .
Unlike flash-chilled or iced coffee, Mizudashi is never heated. It’s an unhurried process that draws out the coffee’s softer notes and quiet complexity.
At Dekáf, we’ve adapted this tradition to create our ready-to-pour Mizudashi Cold Brew Concentrate, crafted with our signature decaf and low-caffeine coffees. The concentrate gives you the same calm clarity - with none of the waiting.
🧊 HOW TO USE YOUR MIZUDASHI CONCENTRATE
Creating the perfect decaf cup has never been easier.
Combine 1 part Mizudashi concentrate with 3 parts water or milk into your favorite coffee vessel.
(example: 2 oz Mizudashi concentrate + 6 oz water or milk)
Now, mix the Mizudashi concentrate with your diluting liquid and serve it over ice. And you're done!
Coffee taste is all personal, so you'll want to adjust it to taste, Our Mizudashi is crafted without added sugars and flavors.
AND DON'T FORGET:
