A quick and kind note:
Coffee is a personal experience and taste is wonderfully subjective. So while these brewing tips are here to help you get the best out of each roast, we always encourage you to experiment, adjust, and find what feels right for you. Play with the ratio, try a different method, and trust your palate. There’s no wrong way to enjoy a good cup!

A Few Coffee Notes From Us At Dekáf:
- Grind fresh when possible for the best extraction and clarity.
- Decaf benefits especially from even extraction.
- For a stronger cup: try adjusting your ratio closer to 1:10. For something lighter: aim for 1:14 or 1:15.
- Cold brew is steeped as a concentrate - we recommend diluting 1:3 or to taste after steeping.
- For espresso, use a 19g dose with ~28g yield to achieve a smooth, syrupy shot with structured clarity.
