SHIPPING POLICY
At Dekáf, we roast all of our coffees to order. This way, we can guarantee fresh decaf coffee in every shipment.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All of our coffees are shipped within 24 hours of roasting. To maintain quality freshness, we kindly ask our customers to allow up to 1-2 business days for order fulfillment.
Orders are processed Sunday-Friday and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Dekáf offers complimentary economy shipping on all orders subtotaling at $40+, and on all subscription services within the contiguous United States.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, AND U.S. TERRITORIES
While we offer complimentary economy shipping on orders $40+ within the contiguous United States, due to carrier surcharges and extended transit distances, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are subject to a flat $10 shipping fee and ship exclusively via USPS.
This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.
Please note that our roasting facility is located on the East Coast in Massachusetts. Shipping timelines may vary based on the destination.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Refer to the Shipping Chart below to see which carriers we work with, and what services you can choose from. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected delivery method. The timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate provided by the carrier.
Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.
For customers residing on the West Coast (CA, OR, WA, etc.):
As our roasting facility is in MA, packages may take the full 5-8 business day transit time (does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays) if shipping via Economy/Standard.
Dekáf is not responsible for transit delays, including those caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, weekends, or federal holidays.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! While we’re proudly based in Salem, Massachusetts and continue to ship anywhere in the U.S., we now also offer worldwide shipping so coffee lovers across the globe can enjoy Dekáf.
International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or USPS, depending on your location and selected rate. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary by destination and carrier.
Please note that customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more details.
Due to higher carrier rates and customs logistics, our free U.S. shipping on orders over $40 does not apply to international orders. We appreciate your understanding and are working to keep rates as fair as possible.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please report the issue within 7 days of the delivery notification. If you have a delayed order, please reach out to our Dekáf support team at info@dekaf.com.
Failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
