At Dekáf, we roast all of our coffees to order. This way, we can guarantee fresh decaf coffee in every shipment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All of our coffees are shipped within 24 hours of roasting. To maintain quality freshness, we kindly ask our customers to allow up to 1-2 business days for order fulfillment...but we're usually quicker than that!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For U.S. Domestic orders, refer to the Shipping Chart below to see which carriers we work with, and what services you can choose from. Shipping times with these carriers will vary based on your location, please see the estimated shipping time provided at checkout based on your shipping selection.

Please note that all subscriptions and orders over $40 always ship at no cost (usually 4-8 business day transit time).*

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! While we’re proudly based in Salem, Massachusetts and continue to ship anywhere in the U.S., we now also offer worldwide shipping so coffee lovers across the globe can enjoy Dekáf.

International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or USPS, depending on your location and selected rate. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary by destination and carrier.

Please note that customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more details.

Due to higher carrier rates and customs logistics, our free U.S. shipping on orders over $40 does not apply to international orders. We appreciate your understanding and are working to keep rates as fair as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND MIZUDASHI

Things to Keep in Mind for International Mizudashi Orders:

While Mizudashi is brewed fresh and sent cold-packed within the U.S., international orders may arrive unrefrigerated due to longer transit times. We do our best to buffer against heat with insulated packaging. Please note the concentrate is simply made from purified water and coffee (with no preservatives) and remains safe to drink as long as it hasn’t been exposed to extreme heat (100°F+/38°C) for an extended period.

Some countries may have restrictions on liquid imports or specific food labeling requirements. It’s advised that international customers check and confirm with their local customs agencies on liquids regulations prior to placing an order.

DHL and UPS are generally the most reliable for liquid shipments, but some destinations may restrict or delay delivery of liquids, especially in large volumes.

As mentioned, international orders do not qualify for Dekáf’s free U.S. shipping threshold.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please report the issue within 7 days of the delivery notification. If you have a delayed order, please reach out to our Dekáf support team at support@dekaf.com.

Failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
