HOW TO PREPARE YOUR MIZUDASHI

Combine 1 part Mizudashi concentrate with 3 parts water or milk into your favorite coffee vessel.
(example: 2 oz Mizudashi concentrate + 6 oz water or milk)

Mix and serve it over ice. Done!

Coffee taste is all personal, so you may want to adjust it to taste, Our Mizudashi is crafted without added sugars and flavors.

Keep your Mizudashi refrigerated. 
For the best results, we recommend to use your Mizudashi within 14 days.

    My Morning Ritual is Delicious Again

    I've been drinking a homemade protein smoothie every morning for almost a decade. It's a delicious and nutrient dense part of my morning ritual that I quite look forward to every day. I use creamy plant milks, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter powder, and packed full of frozen banana, berries, and other fruits all blended together. My secret ingredient was espresso that I brewed every morning so that I was also getting my caffeine to start the day.

    I used to scoff at folks that drank decaf coffee - why bother? And then a couple months ago I decided to cut caffeine entirely because of the hard crash I was experiencing later in the day. Especially in the evenings when I needed to be on my game to help the kids with the nightly bedtime battles. But when I cut out the espresso, I also cut out the perfect coffee flavor in my smoothies.
