Dekáf Coffee Sampler - 6 Pack

I'm working with a functional medicine practitioner who has me following the autoimmune protocol to lower inflammation in my body to work through some symptoms I had been experiencing. Part of that protocol is an elimination and reintroduction phase. First you eliminate caffeine, and then you eliminate coffee... and I love my coffee. However the whole process made me stand back and look at all my food choices and I had been getting ads for Dekáf for a while, so when I got to reintroduce coffee they were my first choice. I ordered way in advance of a large winter storm hitting the east coast, and unfortunately it did not arrive in time, but they were amazing and sent another box. I reintroduced coffee with Black Rifle just decaf (so boring in comparison) and a local coffee shop's decaf blend (ok, but not a great as Dekáf). I'm only two samples in and it's so flavorful and I love it! I've switched from a large drip machine to a little manual espresso machine and an Aeropress to make my coffee consumption more of a meditative, slow ritual rather than inhale and run out the house routine and I'm so glad Dekáf exists to have as part of (some, not all!) of my days. Who ever thought there would be days I went without coffee? Those busy mornings I'm ok to skip and look forward to the next, slower, work from home day. I recently bought one of their coffee cups to take some to the office with me, which runs only on caffeine....
