The decaffeinated blend borrows its name from the silent devotion that goes into nurturing each coffee cherry. This light-medium roast is a soft spoken combination of Brazil’s Mogiana sweetness and Ethiopia’s Sidamo floral brightness. This muted grace speaks to the quiet precision in cultivation and roasting, revealing subtle nuances that bloom into exquisite flavors - caramel and delicate blossoms in each sip.

Originally pioneered in Switzerland, the Swiss Water® Process now operates in Canada. The gentle decaffeination method uses only water, temperature, and time. Zero chemical solvents.
Swiss Water® Processing involves using Green Coffee Extract to tempt the caffeine out of the beans - immersing the beans in water already saturated with coffee’s natural compounds (minus the caffeine). Because the water is already “full” of flavor compounds, it selectively targets caffeine molecules, leaving flavor and aroma intact.
Activated carbon filters then sweep away the caffeine molecules, preserving the bright notes and captivating aromas unique to the coffee’s origin. The result? A truly elegant, rich-tasting decaf...all free of chemicals.

This is the coffee we’ve been searching for. We love light roast coffee. The flavor profile is just so much better when you don’t roast the coffee as long. I digress. We recently stopped drinking caffeine and could not find a good tasting decaf. Good quality? Sure! But not good taste. Until now. We ordered the Hush-Hush and we absolutely love it. It’s a light-medium, but we still really like it. We’re excited to try the other light-medium roast they have once we finish this bag.
