Our 2026 limited-release Fall bundle follows the season through three roast profiles of our Ethiopia Sidamo Bombe and a limited-harvest Colombia Excelso blend. (If you're returning for yet another one of our "one coffee, multiple expressions" releases, welcome back and, yes, we've added an additional roast profile to your tasting experience!)

The Nordic roast begins bright and tart, followed by a City roast, turning toward baked fruit and gentle warmth, and lastly, an Italian roast that settles richly into chocolate and deep fruit. Three distinct expressions of the same seasonal coffee.

Small-batch roasted and Swiss Water® processed. Available for a limited time, choose between a 12 oz. or a 1 lb. version.

Dekáf'd by way of Swiss Water®

Originally pioneered in Switzerland, the Swiss Water® Process now operates in Canada. The gentle decaffeination method uses only water, temperature, and time. Zero chemical solvents.

Swiss Water® Processing involves using Green Coffee Extract to tempt the caffeine out of the beans -  immersing the beans in water already saturated with coffee’s natural compounds (minus the caffeine). Because the water is already “full” of flavor compounds, it selectively targets caffeine molecules, leaving flavor and aroma intact.

Activated carbon filters then sweep away the caffeine molecules, preserving the bright notes and captivating aromas unique to the coffee’s origin. The result? A truly elegant, rich-tasting decaf...all free of chemicals.

This bundle includes an Italian roast. Due to its darker roast profile, these beans may naturally develop a visibly oily surface. Some grinders are sensitive to oily beans, so please check your grinder manufacturer's guidance.

The season rarely asks for the same kind of cup twice. One afternoon still holds onto summer’s brightness; the next makes us reach for something deeper.

A Sundown Affair was created with that changeability in mind, pairing Ethiopia Sidamo Bombe and limited-harvest Colombia Excelso across three distinct roast expressions.

In the light expression, Ethiopia takes the lead with green apple and cranberry, while Colombia supplies a softer honeyed sweetness. The dark expression shifts the emphasis toward Colombia’s chocolate and prune character, leaving Ethiopia’s fruit to provide lift underneath.

For the first time in our seasonal Expression series, a medium roast completes the set. More than a midpoint, it serves as a tasting compass with a balanced profile.

Choose a roast to match the day, or brew all three side by side. Three expressions, one coffees, and an entirely different arrangement in every cup.
